I have an overwhelming sense of gratitude and excitement as Ashley and I officially announce and step into our new roles of Broker/Owners at Real Estate West! I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to build upon this strong base and take Real Estate West and its agents to new heights.
I am genuinely excited about the potential and possibilities that lie ahead. Together, we have the chance to innovate, grow, and create a lasting impact in our industry. Kassie Speer was born in Durango, Colorado and moved to the Grand Valley in 1992. She attended Fruita Monument High School, where she met her husband, Dustin. Together, they have two children, their son Austin and daughter Taylor. Their family enjoys all the Grand Valley has to offer including hunting, camping, taking their RZR out on the Bookcliffs, and shooting trap at the local trap club, to name a few! Besides spending time with her family, Kassie enjoys being at the barn with her horses and taking her dog,Sulley, for walks in her hometown of Fruita! 

Kassie is an experienced Buyers and Sellers Agent. She has also worked with many 1st time home buyers, and makes sure they have the best experience when buying their first home. She loves to assist her clients in making the process as smooth as possible! With reliable communication and versed knowledge, Kassie guides you  throughout the entire journey, leaving you feeling comfortable and confident navigating the home buying and selling process!

My name is Ashley Miles and I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to express my passion for helping others discover and navigate their dreams in purchasing or selling their homes! I love Colorado, I was born in Meeker and have enjoyed living in the Grand Valley since 2014.

I thrive on customer service and as a small business owner for the past decade I'm constantly engaged in improving myself and my services. You can expect only honesty and integrity as that's how I work! I look forward to earning your trust. When working with me you will discover that I apply my heart and my mind with all tasks. Now allow me to tell you about my family! I am lucky enough to have married my best friend Tyrel and together we share 5 amazing Kiddos TJ, Kimberlyn, Annabella, Joseph and Collins. When we are not pursuing our careers you can find us outdoors camping, hunting, fishing or in the stands at our children's various sporting and livestock events!
