Abby Martindale

Hey there! I’m Abby Martindale, a Western Slope, Colorado native, wife, and mother of one. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and together we have one son. We’ve lived throughout the Western Slope, including Routt, Eagle, and Rio Blanco counties, and have now settled in Garfield County. In 2024, we purchased our own ranch in Rifle, CO.

My goal as a real estate agent is to be the kind of agent my husband and I needed when we purchased our first home. Someone who understands and can guide first-time homebuyers and beginner ranchers through the process. I want to help clients recognize the potential in a property and find a home or piece of land that truly fits their needs and lifestyle. I also want to showcase the unique opportunities each property has to offer to potential buyers.

With nine years of experience in the construction industry, I bring an additional perspective to real estate. I understand the importance of having an agent who is knowledgeable about construction and can help both buyers and sellers better understand a property and its potential.
